Thanks for viewing this web site. Basically, I'm just a computer nerd who is also into trucks.  I'm married, and live about 20 miles north of Tampa in Wesley Chapel Florida.

I purchased the truck back in 2001, after my old Mitsubishi Eclipse started to fall apart. I had previously driven an Isuzu pickup, and was anxious to have another truck. A sports car is fun, but trucks are far more functional for a homeowner. After looking all over, I finally decided on either a Ford Ranger or Mazda B series truck with the new 2.3 liter dohc engine. Mazda had the best prices, but their 2.3 trucks were just base models. Ford was the only company to offer some features with the new engine package. I was able to find a nice silver Ranger at Jerritt-Bodiford in Plant City Florida, and the rest is history.
