Ford Mach MP3

This album covers the install of my Visteon MP3 CD player which is designed for Ford vehicles. Actually, this is one of my quickest and most popular mods so far. I purchased the unit from someone who was upgrading their stock unit to the Ford CD6 player. To install, I popped out the center bezel and removed the whole radio. I then depressed the clips that hold in the radio, and replaced it with the Mach MP3. The unit has 15 watts per channel RMS, so it's twice as powerful as the stock CD player.

Note: I have replaced this unit with an Alpine 9847 MP3/WMA radio. The install is under the "Alpine MP3" link.

I also run a Bazooka 8 inch self powered sub. It was installed by a local stereo shop. It's great for extra thump, and gives Bill T Cat a place to sit
